Please return your completed Membership Application along with a check for your dues (see Cutting Edge Membership Categories and Dues to determine the amount of your dues). Checks should be made payable to Cutting Edge FSC. You may either turn in paperwork and payment at IcePlex Guest Services or mail them to the club PO box listed at the bottom of this page.
You will be notified via email when your membership application has been processed.
